Terms of Use
Crew Sheet is sold through the App Store, so the licence you get is Apple's, not a bespoke one we wrote. This page says which agreement applies and sets out the few things specific to this app in plain language.
The licence
Your use of Crew Sheet is governed by the Apple Media Services Standard End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). We have not replaced it with a custom agreement. If anything on this page conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs.
What you buy
Crew Sheet is free to download and free to use within these limits: three events, ten cues per event, and five checklist items per cue.
Crew Sheet Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes those limits. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, nothing renews, and nothing needs cancelling. The price is shown in your own currency by the App Store at the moment of purchase — we deliberately publish no figure here, because a number on this page would be wrong for most storefronts and would go stale on the first price change.
The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it carries across your devices and survives reinstalling. Use Settings → Restore Purchases in the app if it does not appear automatically.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund directly, but if something is broken, please tell us — we would rather fix it.
Your data
Crew Sheet operates no servers and receives no personal data. Your events, cues and crew records stay on your device and sync through your own iCloud account if you are signed in. The Privacy Policy is the authoritative description of what the app does with data, and it is part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Crew Sheet is a planning tool for your own working day. Do not use it to store content you have no right to hold, and do not attempt to redistribute the app itself — the Standard EULA already covers this in more detail.
Warranty and liability
The warranty and liability terms are those in the Standard EULA linked above. Nothing here is intended to remove a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in; where local law gives you a stronger right, that right applies.
Changes
If these terms change, the “Last updated” date above changes with them and the current version is always the one on this page.
